Last night was my last employee Christmas party at TaMolly's Tex-Mex Restaurant. I have been calling this humble abode my place of employment for a little over three years now. I will be graduating soon and completely moving to a city an hour and half away. All throughout college I couldn't wait until I was a Senior and the verge of graduating. Now that that time has come, it has turned into a more bittersweet moment then I expected.
I have met some many great people there, customers included, that it will be hard for me to say goodbye April 27, 2011. I never thought the people that I would encounter there would change my life forever. I have met lifelong friends, friends that will be in my wedding, at my wedding, sharing great life moments with me. They have become like a second family to me and I will never forget the awesome times that we shared. The random moments of olive tossing, acting like lemons were our smiles, and tray spinning. I will never forget the conversations of joy over a budding relationship, new job, or career choice. I will never forget the conversations of pain over a failing relationship, crappy job, or indecision about a career choice. I will never forget the friendships I have made, the friendships that have fallen apart, and the friendships I never expected to blossom as they did.
As I ride this rollercoaster we call life, I will never forget those that I have crossed paths with and I hope all of you reading this will never forget our conversations, our random moments, and our friendships.
